Welcome to the Accommodation and Property Centre, a friendly local agency established in 1984. We deal with a large variety of property rentals and would be happy to discuss your plans in detail, whether you are renting or looking to let your property.
Our office is located in St Helier town centre, and provides the following extended opening hours:

A deposit equivalent to one weeks rent is required prior to viewing accommodation. This is retained as our fee if the accommodation is accepted, otherwise it is returned in full. As a landlord you won't have to pay anything to put your property on our books, our marketing service is completely free!
